- All prices are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- Product colors may slightly vary due to screen settings and photography.
3️⃣ Order Acceptance & Cancellation
- Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email or message.
- Order acceptance is confirmed once the item is dispatched.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
- Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped. After shipping, cancellation is not possible.
4️⃣ Payment
- We offer secure online payment options via trusted gateways (e.g., UPI, cards, wallets).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on selected products and pin codes.
- If a payment fails but the amount is debited, please contact us — we will verify and resolve the issue promptly.
5️⃣ Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery may take 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
- Delays due to courier partners or unforeseen events (weather, strikes, etc.) are beyond our control, but we will assist as much as possible.
6️⃣ Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original condition with packaging.
- Refunds are initiated after return approval and inspection, and are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Exchanges are allowed for size or defective items (subject to stock availability).
